La Palma, due to its island status, has always had an intimate relationship with the sea. As a result of this, and over the years, the island’s coasts and its small restaurants have been committed to maintaining the maritime tradition and the quality of its products as protagonists of the different culinary dishes.
Throughout the year we can enjoy different types of fish and seafood. “Viejas”, “samas”or “cabrillas” are some examples. Furthermore, “lapas” (limpets) or shrimps, not to mention red tuna, are true delicatessen for our palates.
